Mrs Vale Update

She’s certainly keeping herself busy during lockdown! First time Mrs Vale has tried using a cross trainer since her accident.This supports the legs and lower body, where there is no sensation or feeling. She works hard to get her core working by just using upper body skills. IMG_1403
