Daniel S 5ABa was told by his scout group that Catshill Food Bank were struggling to provide food and toiletries to those less fortunate than ourselves, the elderly and the vulnerable. This made him very sad so he and his sister came up with a plan that they would do house jobs in exchange for tins and toiletries for the food bank. They felt what they’d earned was great but not enough so they decided to do a leaflet and print out hundreds of copies, put it through all the letter boxes of people in our area and put a donation box on our drive for them to drop it into. They have donated over 250 items to Catshill Food Bank and it’s still ongoing.
