Thank you all for your patience with regards the refunding of money. All trips and activities, with the exception of residential trips, have now been refunded to parents. All refunds will go directly into your Parent Account within ParentPay.
You can choose to leave that money there and then when future items become payable, you can just pay out of your Parent Account. The Parent account acts like a bank account and can be topped up with money at any time.
Alternatively, if you wish to withdraw the funds sat in your Parent Account. Please follow these instructions:
- Log into ParentPay
- Go to Parent account. (On a mobile this looks like bank notes and is at the top of the page; on a computer ‘Parent Account’ can be found at the top of the page)
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and there will an option to ‘Withdraw’
- Select ‘Withdraw’ and follow the on screen instructions
- All money will be returned to the initial form of payment
