When withdrawing money from ParentPay, all money will be returned to the original form of payment (i.e. bank account, credit card etc).  If your bank account has been closed or you have received a new debit card then you may experience problems withdrawing the refunded money.  If this is the case, please email ParentPay at parent-support@parentpay.com with yours and your child’s details, with a brief description of what you are trying to do and a photo of your bank card – showing the bank account details.  However, please ensure that the 16 digit number is blacked out.
