A reminder that it is really important that everyone gets in their daily recommended physical activity! As well as taking part in our daily #getupwithgallers workouts, why don’t you have a go at our week 6 fitness challenge? They are all in the blended curriculum, this week it’s the penny walk. Take a coin and go out for a walk, at every turn flip the coin to decide whether you go left or right! Just make sure you take care and only go where your allowed to!
