To help support positive mental health in school, and in light of the dark mornings and early dark nights, we have decided to put in place five SAD (seasonal affective disorder) afternoons to allow pupils and staff to experience more sunlight. These will take place on days school feel appropriate and when the sun is shining, and will consist of a 15 minute break between Lesson 4 and Lesson 5. Our first afternoon will take place today!
