Spencer in Year 8 has been busy making his own Sour Dough starter and baking bread, pizza and waffles from it. He has put some instructions together so you can have a go at home if you want a different type of baking challenge. It takes about a week to make your Sour Dough starter but once you have made it you can keep it ‘alive’ and use it whenever you want to make bread.
